Ingredients
- 7-12 Plum tomatoes
- (If using fresh, blanch tomatoes to remove the skin)
- 4 Tablespoons olive oil
- 6 Garlic Cloves (mashed)
- Add a little bit of butter to sauce to take away the
- acidity
Preparation
Step 1
Chop tomatoes. Saute garlic until translucent. Add a bit of sea salt and pepper to the tomatoes. Placed chopped tomatoes in the pan on low heat. cover and cook. Add fresh basil to the sauce.
(Remove the skin from the tomatoes.)
Cooking Pasta:
12 ounces of water
2-3 fingers of salt (Taste water should taste like the sea)
8 oz of pasta
Bring salted water to a boil. Drop pasta in water and cook for 8-12 minutes. Al dente.
