Wild Rice Casserole - Amy Lo Haake

Ingredients

  • 1 to 1½ lb. ground round
  • 3 T. chopped onion
  • ⅓ cup well washed wild rice
  • ⅓ cup white rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ can sherry
  • 1 can mushrooms or a handful of fresh ones
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ⅛ tsp. each of garlic salt & celery salt
  • ½ tsp. onion salt

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat and onions together, add uncooked rice and mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into casserole and top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
