Ingredients
- 1 c butter (2 sticks)
- 4 eggs
- 1 c sugar
- 7 slices of bread - cubed, crusts removed
- 20 oz can of pineapple, drained

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Spray casserole w/non-stick spray. Melt butter in casserole. Add eggs, sugar, bread and pineapple. Stir lightly to coat bread. Bake for 1 hour.
