Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion soaked in cold water for 10 min then drained
- 2 cups sliced Hearts of Palm
- 1 cup sliced celeray
- chopped parsley
- Arugula
- Dressing
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- olive oil
Details

Preparation
Step 1
Toss onion, hearts of palm, celery and parsley with dressing.
Combine lemon juice and olive oil for dressing.
Serve over arugula.
