Peach Dumplings

  • Topping:
  • 2 large peaches
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup water
  • 8 pieces refrigerated crescent-roll dough
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon



Step 1

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Peel peaches. Cut into quarters, discarding
pits. Roll up each quarter in a piece of dough. Place in a 9-by-13-inch '
baking pan.
2. In a saucepan, bring sugar, butter and water to a boil. Pour mixture over
dumplings. For the topping, mix the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, then
sprinkle over the dumplings. Bake about 30 minutes.
