Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potato
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- reserve 1/2 cup of cooking liquid
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1/4 tsp curry powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin

Preparation
Step 1
Cube sweet potato and bring to boil. Boil for 10 minutes then add chopped carrot and onion and boil for additional 8 minutes. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup. Combine liquid, veggies, tahini and spices in food processor and process until smooth. Serve warm or cool.
