Another Pecan Pie

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup evaporated milk
• 1/3 cup Gold label molasses
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
• 2 pie shells

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs well.

Add next six ingredients and blend thoroughly. Fold in pecans and pour half into each pie shell.

Place on cookie sheet and bake in center of a 375 degree oven 40-45 minutes.
