Ingredients

  • Chicken
  • Garlic
  • Soy Sauce
  • Black Pepper
  • 5 Spice Powder
  • Red Cooking Wine
  • Flour
  • Oil
  • Onion
  • Vegetables of your choice
  • Chicken Broth

Preparation

Step 1

De-bone Chicken
Marinate Chicken in:
1 Clover of Garlic, Soy Sauce, Black Pepper, 5 Spice Powder, Red Cooking Wine
Take Chicken Out
Roll into Flour
Put 5 to 6 Tblsp of oil in wok.
Heat oil and stir fry chicken until golden brown.
Take chicken out and put aside
Take 1/2 onion, clove garlic, and 2 Tblsp of oil and cook.
Put Vegetables in.
Add chicken broth to keep moist. Put chicken in with a little more broth and cook for about 10 minutes wit the lid on of the wok.
