ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. (10-oz. each) frozen asparagus
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 pkg. saltines, finely rolled.

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw the asparagus. Butter a 3-qt. baking dish liberally. Layer the above ingredients, topping with the margarine, cheese and saltines.
Bake at 350° for 25 - 30 minutes. Can be made the night before and refrigerated.
