Ingredients
- Drain all canned items, then mix:
- 1 can shoepeg corn
- 1 can small green peas
- 1 can French-style green beans
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 1 C. chopped celery
- 1 C. chopped onions
- 1 C. green peppers
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1/2 C. olive oil
- 1/2 C. Balsamici white vinegar
- Heat the three above ingredients to dissolve sugar and add:
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper

Pour marinade over vegetables and refrigerate. Can be refrigerated for several days. Drain before serving.
