Ingredients
- 1 ( 5 oz ) instant pudding / vanilla or french vanilla
- 1/2 - 3/4 tsp coconut extract
- 1 cool whip
- 1 1/2 C coconut
- 1 cooked pastry shell
- Milk
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Mix pudding with 1 1/2 C milk until thick.
Fold 1 C coconut and 1/2 whip cream.
Pour into crust.
Chill and then cover with whipped cream.
Sprinkle coconut on top.
OR:
2 boxes ( 3.4 oz ) jello pudding
1/2 tsp coconut extract
2 C milk
