Ingredients

  • 1 ( 5 oz ) instant pudding / vanilla or french vanilla

  • ½ - ¾ tsp coconut extract

  • 1 cool whip

  • 1½ C coconut

  • 1 cooked pastry shell

  • Milk

Directions

Mix pudding with 1 1/2 C milk until thick. Fold 1 C coconut and 1/2 whip cream. Pour into crust. Chill and then cover with whipped cream. Sprinkle coconut on top. OR: 2 boxes ( 3.4 oz ) jello pudding 1/2 tsp coconut extract 2 C milk
