Ingredients
- Coating:
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. chopped dates
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 3 T. butter, melted
- 1/4 block parafin
- 12 oz. chocolate morsels
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients, and form into walnut size balls. Melt paraffin in top of a double boiler over hot water. Add chocolate, and stir until melted. Dip balls in chocolate mixture, and place on wax paper. Chill.
