Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 1 Box White Cake Mix
- 1 Box Instant Pistachio Pudding
- 3 Eggs
- 3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 Cup 7-up Soda
- 1/2 Cup Nuts, chopped
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla
- 1 Box Instant Pistachio Pudding
- 1 9 oz. Container Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 1/4 Cup Milk
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the cake mix, 1 box pistachio pudding, 3 eggs, vegetable oil, 7-up, nuts and vanilla and mix until smooth.
Bake about 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
Mix the other box of pistachio pudding and milk just until thick, then fold in cool whip. Frost the cooled cake and keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
