Ingredients
- 3 4 1/2oz cans Shrimp cut up
- 1 cup celery (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup green pepper (finely chopped)
- 1/3 cup minced onion
- 1 cup tomato soup undiluted
- 1 8oz kpg cream cheese (room temp)
- 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup mayonnaise
Preparation
Step 1
Heat soup to boiling. Dissolve gelatin in soup. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, celery, grren pepper and shrimp. Add to soup and gelatin, mix well. Chill 4-5 hours
Serve on crackers
