Ingredients
- 4 Bell Peppers, Different Colors, Seeded and Chopped
- 4 Cups White Vinager
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Salt

Step 1
Boil chopped peppers until soft in salted water. Drain. Boil vinager and sugar 5 minutes. Pour in mason jar and seal. Let marinate in jar at least one week before opening.
