Sweet Peppers

Ingredients

  • 4 Bell Peppers, Different Colors, Seeded and Chopped
  • 4 Cups White Vinager
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Boil chopped peppers until soft in salted water. Drain. Boil vinager and sugar 5 minutes. Pour in mason jar and seal. Let marinate in jar at least one week before opening.
