Fiesta Guacamole

Ingredients

• 2 ripe avocados, peeled and quartered
• 4 tablespoons sour cream
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon chopped onion
• 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 2-4 tablespoons chopped green chiles

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Empty mixture into a bowl and press wax paper against surface to prevent discoloration.

Chill until ready to serve.

Serve with corn or tortilla chips.
