TACO CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. (1 1/8 oz.) taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can (15 1/2 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 3 c. corkscrew macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • Crushed tortilla chips

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef; drain. Stir in seasoning mix and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil then remove from heat. Combine cooked macaroni, 1/2 cup cheese and sour cream; place on bottom of 6 x 10” baking dish. Top with meat mixture and remaining cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Top with crushed chips during last 5 minutes.
