Ingredients
- 6 ounces spaghetti, uncooked
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup half and half
- 3/4 cup chopped cooked ham
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
Preparation
Step 1
Cook spaghetti according to package directions, drain. Set aside. Cook green onions and garlic in hot oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes. Stir in flour, salt and pepper, cook, stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly. Stir in spaghetti.
Spoon half of spaghetti mixture into a lightly greased 9" pie plate, sprinkle with ham and 2 tablespoons cheese. Top with remaining spaghetti mixture, sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons cheese. Bake, uncovered at 425 degrees or until lightly browned.
