Beer Pork Chops

  • 1/2 can beer
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. dry Lipton onion soup
  • 8-10 pork chops
  • 1 tbsp. cooking oil

Preparation

Step 1

In a Dutch oven or deep skillet,brown chops in oil.Reduce heat to low.Add the beer,condensed mushroom soup,1/2-1 pkg of dry Lipton onion soup(to taste).Cover and simmer on low for 1-1/2 hours,stirring ocasionally.Serve with noodles,rice or mashed potatoes.
