Easter Lasagna

Artichoke hearts, spinach, sliced ham, chicken, provolone cheese and a creamy mixture are layered with lasagna noodles, then topped with tomatoes and Parmesan. Easter Lasagna is sure to be the star of your Easter table this year!
Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 (12-ounce) jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach, rinsed and patted dry
- 1 (12-ounce) package thinly sliced ham
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken breast
- 12 slices provolone cheese
- 1 (12-ounce) small curd cottage cheese
- 1 (8-ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1 medium egg, beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large tomato, sliced

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cook lasagna noodles to your liking.
Combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, and egg in a bowl.
Using a 13x9-inch baking pan sprayed with nonstick spray, make these layers: 3 noodles, 1 cup spinach leaves, 6 slices ham, 1 cup diced chicken, 6 slices provolone, 1/2 jar artichoke hearts, and dot with 1/2 of the cream cheese mixture. Repeat these layers, ending with noodles. Layer tomato slices to cover noodles then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes to set up nicely before cutting.
