Ingredients
- Enough pork chops to feed the family
- 1 cup onion, chopped finely
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Pan fry pork chops to brown both sides. Place on the bottom of a pan large enough to lay them all evenly; sprinkle with onion. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over pork chops. Bake for 1 hour.
OR
put cooked pork chops in slow cooker, add onions and pour sauce on top. Cook all day on low.
