Maple Syrup

Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1/2-1 tsp maple flavoring

Preparation

Step 1

Bring sugar water and cream of tartar to a boil. Stir constantly until sugar dissolves. Boil 3 minutes

Remove from heat and add maple flavoring.
