Ingredients
- 4 to 5 peppers red, green or yellow
- 1 large onion
- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 c vinegar
- 1/2 c oil
- 1 t salt
- dash garlic salt
Preparation
Step 1
Slice peppers and onions into narrow long slices.
Put into jar.
Boil sugar, vinegar, oil, salt, garlic salt and pour over peppers and onions in jar.
Seal and let sit in fridge for approximately 3 days to let them marinate.
