Barbecue Sauce for Beef

Excellent sauce for leftover roast beef

Ingredients

• 1 chopped onion
• 2 Tbls. butter
• 2 Tbls. Vinegar
• 2 Tbls. Brown Sugar
• 1 C. Catsup
• 1/2 Tbls. dry mustard
• 1/2 c. water
• 3 Tbls. Worchestershire Sauce
• Salt and Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion in butter. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. Pour over cooked beef and heat through. Serve on buns.
