Ingredients

  • 1 lb butter(very soft)
  • 1/2 c corn starch
  • 3 c sifted flour
  • 1 c sifted icing sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Whip softened butter and while still whipping, add slowly all corn starch, then all flour, then all sifted icing sugar, making sure after each addition it is whipped light and fluffy before adding next ingredient.

Drop by t onto greased cookie sheet.

Flatten slightly with fork.

Bake 350 for 12 minutes. Should be ever so slightly brown on bottrom.
