Ingredients
- 1 pound pecan halves
- 1 egg white, beaten with fork
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbs. water
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Beat together the beaten egg white, salt and water, then cover all pecans with this mixture.
Mix together 3/4 cups sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon; coat nuts with this as well.
Bake on greased cookie sheet at 275 degrees for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool 2 hours.
