cup chopped honey dates
cup ripe bananas mashed (about 3 medium)
½ cup sunflower seeds
cup vegetable oil
Combine dates, bananas, oatmeal, sunflower seeds, oil and vanilla. Drop by spoonfuls of batter on parchment lined sheets. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly before removing from baking sheet. Freezes well.
