BUTTER TARTS (Nana)

Ingredients

  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/3 cup of butter
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • ½ cup of Corinth dry raisins
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 recipe of dough

Preparation

Step 1

1. Roll dough and cut in small pies.
2. Line pie mold.
3. Mix all other ingredients and fill 2/3 the molds.
4. Bake at 450 for 8 minutes. Reduce at 350 and cook another 15-20 minutes.
