Navy Beans and Hamhocks

Ingredients

  • 4-6 hamhocks
  • 1 c chopped onion
  • 1/4 c chopped green pepper
  • 1 lb navy beans, soaked overnight
  • 6 c chicken stock
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onions and peppers in 3 T EVOO. Place all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours.
