Ingredients
- 4-6 hamhocks
- 1 c chopped onion
- 1/4 c chopped green pepper
- 1 lb navy beans, soaked overnight
- 6 c chicken stock
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions and peppers in 3 T EVOO. Place all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours.
