Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/4 cup walnuts or pecans chopped
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Cream together butter and sugars until fluffy. Add egg and beat, add pumpkin. Add remaining ingredients, just enough to mix.
Bake 20 minutes.
