Ingredients

2 C sugar
2/3 C butter
3 T cocoa
1 1/2 C flour
1/2 t salt
1 t baking powder
1 t vanilla
3 eggs

Step 1

Melt together sugar, butter and cocoa in saucepan until sugar dissolves. Beat in eggs. Add the rest of ingredients. Mix well. Bake in greased 9"x13" pan in 325 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
