• 2 c pumpkin
• 2 c cream/evap milk
• 1 c brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 T salt
• 1/2 tsp ginger
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp allspice

Step 1

mix pumpkin with milk, sugar, beaten eggs, salt and spices

beat 2 minutes and pour into pastry lined pie plate

bake at 475 for 15 minutes

lower to 400 and bake for 45 minutes until firm.
