Milk Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients

  • 9 oz. milk chocolate, finely chopped
  • 2/3 heavy cream
  • 1 tbs. light corn syrup
  • 1 tbs. espresso powder
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Combine in a pan and bring to a simmer:

2/3 heavy cream
1 tbs. light corn syrup
1 tbs. espresso powder
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon

Pour cream over the chocolate and mix until smooth. Cool to room temperature
