Noodle & spinach Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 (8oz) pkg of wide- egg noodles
• 1 1/2 lb ground beef
• 2 garlic cloves/minced
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
• 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 box of cooked chopped frozen spinach
• 2 C shredded monterey jack cheese
• 1 1/2 C sour cream
• 1 large egg /beaten
• 2 C Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare noodles.
cook beef & garlic & salt & pepper.
Stir in sauce & Italian seasoning.
Combine spinach & monterey jack & sour cream & egg.
Fold in noodles. Put in pan and add sprinkle with 1/2 Parmesan cheese. op with beef mixture & remaining cheese.



Bake 350* for 40 min
