Ingredients

  • 1½ lb. boneless beef, cut into 1" squares

  • 10½ oz. can beef consume

  • ¾ c. water or red wine

  • ½ c. instant flour

  • ½ lb. mushrooms

  • ¼ lb. small white onions or 1 lb. can

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • ⅛ tsp pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a 2 1/2 quart casserole. Cover. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour. Stir thoroughly. Bake for 2 - 2 1/2 hours or until meat is tender
