Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless beef, cut into 1" squares
- 10 1/2 oz. can beef consume
- 3/4 c. water or red wine
- 1/2 c. instant flour
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms
- 1/4 lb. small white onions or 1 lb. can
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a 2 1/2 quart casserole. Cover. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour. Stir thoroughly. Bake for 2 - 2 1/2 hours or until meat is tender
