Sauteed Shrimp with garlic and ginger

Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 tbsp. light soya sauce
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 pinch sugar twin or splenda
- 1 tsp. minced ginger
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tap. minced green onion
- 1 tsp olive oil

Step 1
Combine wine,soya sauce , vinegar and sweetened sugar in a bowl large enough to marinate shrimp.Toss shrimp in the marinade and set aside for 20 minutes. Combine ginger, garlic and green onion in another bowl and set aside. Remove shrimp from marinade and drain well, reserving marinade. Heat large skillet over medium heat. When skillet is warm add oil. Add ginger and garlic and green onion mixture to pan, adjust heat so mixture sizzles but does not burn, and fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add drained shrimp and stir fry until they began to turn pink. Pour over marinade, stir fry and cook until liquid is nearly done.
