Ingredients

  • 1/2 package (12 oz) AMERICAN BEAUTY
  • Wide Noodles, uncooked
  • 2 Tbsps onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsps butter or margarine
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • dash of salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 can (10-1/2 oz.) condensed
  • cream of tomato soup
  • 1 cup yellow Cheddar cheese,
  • shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. In a large skillet, cook onion in butter until tender. Add meat; brown thoroughly. Add salt, pepper, pasta and soup. Pour into a 3-quart casserole and top with cheese. Cover and bake 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes.
