Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken, diced
- 1 bunch asparagus, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 head of kale, removed from stems and chopped
- 2 cups cubed butternut squash
- 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
- 7.5 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 T. autumn spice (find it a your local spice shop)
- 1 t. All Spice
- 1 bay leaf (remember to remove before eating)
- 2 t. oregano
- 2 pinches sea salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 T. kuzu root (or other thickening agent) dissolved 2 T. cold water
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for 4-5 hours. Add thickening agent toward the end and stir.
