Ingredients
- 400 ml whole milk (1 2/3 cup)
- 200 ml whipping cream (7/8 cup)
- 3 gelatine
- 70 grams sugar (75 grams = 1/3 cup)
- 2 vanilla pods
Preparation
Step 1
Leave the gelatine in cold water for approximately 5 minutes to dissolve.
Pour the whipping cream and milk in a pan and heat, but do not boil, add content of vanilla pods (scrape out) + vanilla pods and sugar. Remove after 10 minutes of heating the vanilla pods.
Squeeze the gelatine into cream, stir and wait until dissolved and pour the cream into small glasses or cups. Put in fridge for 3 hours.
