Ingredients
- 8 med peaches, cut into wedges
- 1 can mandarin oranges
- 2 8oz cans crushed pineapple, undrained
- 12 maraschino cherries
- 3 T cherry juice
- 2 pkgs fruit pectin
- 10 c sugar
Preparation
Step 1
In a blender, process fruits and cherry juice in batches til smooth. Transfer to large kettle; stir in pectin. Bring to rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Add sugar; boil for 2 min. Remove from heat. Pour into jars; cool to room temp. Cover and let stand overnight, no longer than 24 hours. Freeze.
