Pretty Peach Jam

Ingredients

  • 8 med peaches, cut into wedges
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • 2 8oz cans crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 12 maraschino cherries
  • 3 T cherry juice
  • 2 pkgs fruit pectin
  • 10 c sugar

Preparation

Step 1

In a blender, process fruits and cherry juice in batches til smooth. Transfer to large kettle; stir in pectin. Bring to rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Add sugar; boil for 2 min. Remove from heat. Pour into jars; cool to room temp. Cover and let stand overnight, no longer than 24 hours. Freeze.
