Ingredients
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 1-oz. squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sifted enriched flour
- 1 c. walnuts.
Preparation
Step 1
Thoroughly cream butter and sugar; add eggs and beat well. Blend in the melted chocolate, vanilla, and flour. Add nuts to the batter or sprinkle them over the top after the batter is poured into the pan.
Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13" pan. Bake in a slow oven at 325° about 35 minutes. Cool and cut in squares. Makes approximately 24 brownies.
Frost with Pillsbury Sour Cream Chocolate frosting.
