PIE CRUST

Ingredients

  • 3 C flour
  • 1 1/4 C shortening
  • 1 T vinegar
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 beaten egg

Preparation

Step 1

Cut shortening into flour and salt mixture. Mix vinegar with egg and add enough water to make 1/2 C liquid. Add to flour mixture and mix well.
