GARLIC KNOTS

Ingredients

  • 16 oz ball pizza dough
  • Flour
  • 4 TBS butter
  • Pinch granulated garlic
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Minced parsley, optional
  • Grated Parmesan

Preparation

Step 1

On a lightly floured work surface, flatten pizza dough into a rectangle. Cut rectangle into 3-inch strips. Roll one strip between your hands into a long snake. Tie a knot at the very end of the strip, pull it off right after the knot and place it on a liNed baking sheet. Repeat with remaining dough, you should have about 25 knots. Bake in 375 degree oven for 7 to p minutes. While the knots are baking, melt butter and skim froth of the top. Add garlics, salt and pepper to taste. Toss the baked lots in the butter mixture and sprinkle with a pinch of grated Parmesan and dried parsley.
