Creamy chicken with apples and grapes

Chicken with apple and grapes. Has a delicious gravy with a hint of rosemary. Very easy to make.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 T butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp crushed dried rosemary
- 1/4 c apple juice
- 1 c chicken broth
- 1/4 c half and half
- 2 T flour
- 2 apples, cored and cut into 1/2 inch wedges
- 1 c red or green seedless grapes, halved
- Egg noodles and parsley to garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle both sides of chicken breast with salt and pepper. In a large nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breast and cook turning once, until browned about 5 minutes each side. Transfer to a plate and cover.
To drippings in pan add onion and rosemary and cook until onion is soft. Stir in apple juice and boil 1 minute. Whisk together broth, half and half and flour until smooth. Add broth mixture to apples and add chicken to the pan. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and cook until chicken is no longer pink inside about 10-12 minutes. Add grapes the last 5 minutes. Serve over noodles or rice and garnish with parsley.
