Ingredients
- ⅔ cups whipping cream
- 3 T. sweet butter
- 1 T. sugar
- 6 squares semi sweet chopped chocolate
- 2 T. liqueur (brandy, Kahlua, Ameretto etc.
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first three ingredients in a double boiler until very warm. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate until melted.
Chill stirring often. Roll into balls and then roll in finely chopped nuts or unsweetened cocoa.
