Chocolate Truffles - Mother

Ingredients

  • ⅔ cups whipping cream
  • 3 T. sweet butter
  • 1 T. sugar
  • 6 squares semi sweet chopped chocolate
  • 2 T. liqueur (brandy, Kahlua, Ameretto etc.

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first three ingredients in a double boiler until very warm. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate until melted.

Chill stirring often. Roll into balls and then roll in finely chopped nuts or unsweetened cocoa.
