HAM WITH GREEN GRAPES (Paul Martin)

Ingredients

  • 1 5 lb Virginian ham
  • 2 cups of green grapes
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 ½ cups of chicken bouillon
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat the oven to 350.
2. Make small incisions on the surface of the ham.
3. Place in deep pan and bake 30-40 minutes.
4. Place the ham on a serving plate and return plate to stovetops.
5. Add chicken bouillon, brown sugar and green grapes and cook 5 minutes.
6. Thicken the sauce with the mix of cornstarch and water.
7. Slice ham and pour sauce and grapes. Add chopped parsley.
8. Serve with glazed carrots.
