Ingredients

  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 2 pkgs. (4-serving size) vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1 baked pastry shell (9-inch), cooled
  • 1 (8oz) cool whip, thawed

Preparation

Step 1

Pour milk into medium bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 1-2 mins.

Slice 1 1/2 of the bananas. Arrange in pastry shell. Pour pudding over bananas.

Refrigerate 4 hours or until ready to serve. Spread whipped topping over pie. Garnish with remaining banana, sliced and dipped in lemon juice to prevent darkening. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.

Note: Best when prepared and served the same day.
