Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups of flour
- 1/2 cup Cocoa
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups zucchini coarsely shredded
- 1 cup pecans or walnuts chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat together sugar and oil until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until distributed. Stir in zucchini. Add dry ingredients, milk and nuts. Beat on low until mixed. Grease and flour bundt pan. Put mixture in pan and bake for an hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
